Terms of Service
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise specified. This applies to the art at every stage of the process. If a piece is for commercial use, I will need to be made aware before the commission is confirmed as this will be an added cost.
I reserve the right to decline a commission under any circumstances.
I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media and to stream the process (via twitch.tv/baymannnnn) unless otherwise discussed.
ARTWORK
Any form of reproduction such as tracing, selling merchandise, etc., is not permitted.
Clients are not permitted to use any part of their artwork as NFTs/other forms of cryptocurrency projects; nor is it to be submitted for AI generation.
Commission work may be shared to social media with proper credit, used as a profile picture, as well as printed for personal use.
Clients will receive a high resolution .JPEG or .PNG file, via email, upon completion of the artwork.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required upfront after we have settled on the details and before the drawing process is started. Please do not send payment before your slot has been approved and I have given you the go-ahead.

Payment may be given through PayPal, Ko-fi, or Venmo.
REFUND POLICY
Clients may ask for a full refund if I have not yet started on the commission.
If the sketch has been completed, a 50% refund will be offered if the client wishes to cancel.
No refunds will be offered for completed commissions.

Offerings and prices are subject to change. Before ordering, please make sure you have read the Terms of Service. By emailing me your order, you agree to the terms. If there's something you are interested in but not sure what category it would fall under, please feel free to ask me and we can work it out. Commission times will range anywhere from 1 week to 1 month depending on complexity.
Please refer to my social media for more references of my work.All clients will be given a sketch for one revision or approval. You will be given updates periodically at every stage.I currently accept PayPal, Venmo, and Ko-fi. More payment information will be given during our discussion. I typically ask to be paid in full upfront but for $100+ commissions, we can work out a half upfront payment/ half when the sketch is approved option since it would take a longer time for me to complete a more complex piece.Clients will be given two high resolution files, one without a watermark and one with a watermark. If posted to social media, please use the one with the watermark.
